What is Rendity ?

Rendity is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform that allows investors to finance subordinated loans for development and rental projects in Austria and Germany. Investors receive income from yearly or quarterly interest payments, depending on the project. Rendity offers investors two different ways to invest: Rendity Income (invest in rental real estate with steady rent payments, distributions every 3 months, benefit from the interest deposit); and Rendity Growth (invest in short-term real estate projects, superior returns, benefit from their developers). The average project length is approximately 27 months. The minimum investment is €500.

Anyone with a European bank account can invest on Rendity. Rendity was founded in 2015.
