What is FT Inversión ?
FT Inversión is a part of the FIDELCA group, a real estate developer that has a crowdfunding platform for the financing of some of their projects. FT Inversión invests at least 40% of the loan amount into their financing projects, holding rights as the main investor, and taking on the majority of the risk. It offers investors debt investments in loans that are used in residential and commercial projects throughout Spain. Investors earn income from fixed interest payments on financed loans. The minimum investment for users is €100.
