Brickowner is a property investment crowdfunding platform that allows individuals to choose and invest into property using their online platform. Brickowner has investments in developing projects, residential, commercial, hotels, industrial, and others. Investors purchase shares of a company that holds the properties and generate income from capital appreciation at the time of sale. Project terms vary between 1 - 5 years. The minimum investment is £500.

Only users who self-certify as either High Net Worth Investors or Sophisticated Investors are permitted to invest through Brickowner and can be from anywhere in the world, except for the US. Brickowner was created in 2017. Brickowner is a self-managed investment fund and is registered under the Federal Conduct Authority (FCA) (No. 775256). Registration is different from being authorised by the FCA, so Brickowner is not subject to the conduct of business rules that apply to authorised platforms, for example.
