Bricklane is an online real estate platform that allows investors to invest in the company’s REITs. Bricklane prides itself on the experience it offers the tenants of their owned rental properties, seeking to improve the housing situation in the United Kingdom. Investors own a share in funds that hold residential property. Investors are able to choose where they invest — currently in their London fund and/or Regional Capitals (Leeds, Manchester, and Birmingham) fund. Those not wanting to make a choice can opt to split their investment equally. Investments earn rental income, as well as price changes on the properties that the funds own. The minimum investment is £100.
