What is NewFunding ?

NewFunding is an online real estate crowdfunding platform. NewFunding has property projects for both retail and accredited investors. Investors are given the opportunity to finance loans for commercial properties that provide income from fixed interest payments. The loan-to-value (LTV) of loans at NewFunding is generally no more than 75% of the project. The retail minimum investment is €500 and the accredited minimum investment is €100,000.
