What is CROWDLI ?
CROWDLI is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform. Investors are able to invest in residential property projects throughout Switzerland through co-ownership of the properties. Investors purchase shares in property projects and income is generated from rental payments. Return payments are made every 3 months. The minimum investment period is set at 7-10 years depending on the nature of the property. The minimum investment is CHF 10,000 (approx. €9,000).
