Crowdhouse is an online real estate investment platform that offers investors the opportunity to crowdfund real estate projects or to purchase them outright. CrowdHouse offers residential properties that meet these conditions: size from 5 rental units; purchase price from CHF 2.5 million; and condition new, renovated, or in need of renovation. The intended holding period for Crowdhouse is based on the term of the fixed-rate mortgage. This is a minimum of 5 years and can be up to 10 years long. The minimum investment is CHF 100,000 (approx. €90,000).
