Co je Zinsland ?

Zinsland is a former online real estate crowdfunding platform that offered investors debt investment opportunities in projects located throughout Germany.

No new investors are able to use Zinsland’s platform. Zinsland was founded in 2014.

This platform has merged with Exporo.de as of October 2nd, 2019. New investment opportunities will be found on Exporo’s platform. All projects previously financed via the Zinsland platform will still be processed via the platform until the projects are completed. Project reporting, investor support, and payment processes run as usual via Zinsland.
