Co je Zinsbaustein ?

Zinsbaustien is an online real estate crowdfunding platform that offers investors the opportunity to invest in subordinated loans for residential and commercial property projects throughout Germany. Investors can choose between new development projects, refurbishment for existing properties, and alternative investment portfolios composed of multiple properties in multiple locations. The debt investments are at a fixed rate, typically between 12 and 36 months in duration, and investors earn income through regular interest payments. The minimum investment is €500. Zinbaustien also offers exclusive club deals to their investors that have a minimum investment of €50,000.

All natural and legal persons can invest on Zinsbaustein. Zinsbaustein was founded in 2016
