Yeldo is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform. Yeldo gives high-net-worth and sophisticated investors access to institutional-grade real estate assets in Switzerland through a transparent, single-asset investment structure. Yeldo has three investment categories: Core/Core+ properties (fully let residential or commercial properties; investment period 3-6 years; buy-and-hold strategy); Value added properties (restructuring of existing properties; investment period 2-4 years; sale at completion); and Opportunistic (development projects; investment period 1-3 years; sale at completion).

Yeldo is available for high-net-worth investors, as well as family offices and wealth managers. Yeldo was founded in 2018.
