The House Crowd is an online peer-to-peer (P2P) property investment platform. The House Crowd combines property investment with secured peer-to-peer lending. Investors can choose to invest in loans backed by an either residential or commercial property in the United Kingdom. Equity and debt investments are available on this platform, as are IFISAs and auto-investment options. Investors earn income from interest payments on funded loans or from rent and capital appreciation on purchased shares. The minimum investment is £1,000.
All investors are eligible for investing through The House Crowd, except for United States residents. The House Crowd has been operating since 2012. The House Crowd Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (No. 725648).
