Simple Crowdfunding is an online property crowdfunding platform. Investors have the opportunity to finance peer-to-peer (P2P) loans or purchase shares of property projects. Investors earn income from fixed interest payments on loans or rent and capital appreciation on shares. Simple Crowdfunding focuses on residential property projects in the United Kingdom. The minimum investment is £100, although this is higher for some of their projects.

Applications from non-UK residents will be considered by Simple Crowdfunding at their sole discretion. Simple Crowdfunding was founded in 2013. Simple Crowdfunding is a trading name for both Focus 2020 Limited and Simple Property Ltd. Simple Property Ltd (No. 747022) is an appointed representative of Share In Ltd (No. 603332), authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
