Relendex is an online peer-to-peer (P2P) real estate crowdfunding platform that connects lenders with creditworthy borrowers based in the United Kingdom. All funds lent on the Relendex exchange are secured on UK residential and commercial property. Relendex facilitates the financing of property developments and refurbishments throughout the UK, providing crowdfunded loans that pay investors quarterly interest. The minimum investment amount is £500.

Anyone can invest through the Relendex exchange, with the exception of US citizens. Relendex was founded in 2013. Relendex Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (No. 723117).
