Co je RECrowd ?

RECrowd is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform partnered with RE/MAX and CONDA, providing the platform with a supply of high-quality real estate projects and first-in-class technology. Investors are able to finance subordinated loans in residential property projects in Austria. Investors earn income in the form of regular interest payments. Projects are between 12 and 36 months in duration. The minimum investment is €250.

RECrowd was founded in 2020. RECrowd is not regulated due to the fact there is no current regulatory framework for real estate crowdfunding in Austria. RECrowd is a member of the Austrian Crowdfunding Committee, a professional organisation.
