Co je Proplend ?

Proplend is a peer-to-peer (P2P) lending platform that gives investors the opportunity to invest in property-secured, risk-adjusted, loan investments on commercial real estate projects. Proplend specialises in term, bridge, and VAT loans for commercial properties located in England or Wales. Proplend does not offer residential properties for investment. Loans range in size from £250,000 to £5m and the minimum investment for investors is £1,000.

Proplend is available to all UK investors over the age of 18. Non-UK investors are allowed to use the platform on a case-by-case basis. Proplend began its services in 2014. Proplend is fully authorised and regulated by the FCA (No. 726646), is approved by HMRC as an IFISA Manager and a NACFB Patron.
