Co je occollo ?

Occollo is an online real estate crowdfunding platform. Investors have the opportunity to finance loans for property projects located in the Czech Republic. Properties are both residential and commercial. Investors earn income from fixed interest payments. The length of investment is up to 36 months. The minimum investment varies depending on the project.

Occollo was founded in 2018. Occollo is not regulated due to the fact that there is no current regulatory framework for real estate crowdfunding investments in the Czech Republic.
