Nordstreet is an online real estate crowdfunding platform. Investors have the opportunity to finance loans for both commercial and residential property projects primarily located in Lithuania. The duration of the loans offered is up to 36 months. Investors can earn income from rent or interest payments. The minimum investment is €100.

Nordstreet allows all investors to use its platform. Nordstreet was founded in 2017. Nordstreet’s activities are regulated and supervised by the Central Bank of Lithuania.
