myBrick is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform. Investors have the opportunity to invest in residential rental properties in western Switzerland and earn income from rent payments and on capital appreciation after the sale of the project. The minimum investment depends on the property project.

myBrick hasn’t offered a new project since 2017.

Any person holding the Swiss nationality, or a C resident permit of any nationality, or a B resident permit with a European nationality, is authorized to invest on myBrick.ch. myBrick was founded in 2016.
