Co je LEORM ?

LEORM is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform. Investors are given the opportunity to finance property-backed loans primarily located in Northern Europe. Investors earn returns from interest payments. Project length is typically between 3 and 36 months. The minimum investment is €100.

Investors who have a bank account in European Union, Norway, the United Kingdom, and/ or Switzerland are eligible to use LEORM. LEORM was founded in 2019.
