Co je Lande ?

Lande (formerly LendSecured) is an online asset-backed crowdfunding platform. Lande focuses on agricultural projects backed by real estate or other tangible assets. Investors are given the opportunity to finance loans for development projects primarily located in Latvia. Properties offered are both residential and commercial. Lande accepts projects with a Loan-to-Value (LTV) of 40% on average. The loan term is up to 24 months. The minimum investment is €50.

Lande thinks green and hopes to attract investors who want to invest in ways that benefit society, i.e. those that support small farmers, environmentally safe farming practices, and crop production.

Anyone who has a Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA) bank account can invest in Lande. Lande's team has been operating in the agricultural loan market since 2009 and Lande was launched in 2022. Lande adapts the platform to the provisions of the new crowdfunding regulation and cooperates with the supervisory authority (FCMC) to be the first, who receives the ECSP license in Latvia as the crowdfunding regulation becomes applicable in November 2021.
