Kuflink is an online peer-to-peer (P2P) real estate investment platform that seeks to unite professional borrowers with lenders. The company offers investors three different options for investing on their platform: Select-Invest, Auto-Invest and Innovative Finance ISA. Kuflink also offers SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) account options. Invested funds at Kuflink are secured against property in the United Kingdom, and the company co-invests up to 5%. The minimum investment is £100.

Any investor with a UK bank account can use their services. Kuflink began offering loan investments in 2016. Kuflink Ltd is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (No. 724890).
