Co je KlickOwn ?

KlickOwn is an online real estate crowdfunding platform. Investors are able to invest in security tokens which represent the ownership of the real estate investment. These tokens are parts of loans for residential and commercial property projects in Germany and investors receive regular fixed income from interest payments. These tokens are created using blockchain technology. Tokenised bonds on KlickOwn can be up to 5 years in length. The minimum investment amount is €10.

All non-US citizens are allowed to invest through KlickOwn’s platform. KlickOwn was founded in 2019. KlickOwn AG is registered as a tied agent of NFS Netfonds Financial Service GmbH by the Federal Financial Supervisory Authority (BaFin) (No. 119204).
