Co je Inveslar ?

Inveslar is an online peer-to-peer (P2P) real estate platform. Investors are given the opportunity to invest in real estate crowdfunding projects or directly purchase entire properties located throughout Spain. Inveslar offers both equity and debt-based projects to investors in residential and retail properties. Investors earn income from rent and capital appreciation or from fixed interest payments, depending on the project. The minimum investment is typically €100, but it depends on the project.

Inveslar is open to all investors. Inveslar was founded in 2016. Inveslar is a partner of “Socilen”, a crowdfunding platform regulated by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
