Co je Imvesters ?

Imvesters is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform. Imvesters offers investors the opportunity to invest in real estate located in the French-speaking parts of Switzerland. Investors are given co-ownership over the projects and earn income from capital appreciation and rent payments. Properties are already rented prior to investment so returns are immediate. Investments are up to 5 years in length. The minimum investment is CHF 20,000 (approx. €18,000).

In general, all natural or legal persons can invest in Imvesters. Imvesters was founded in 2018.
