Co je Grundag ?

Grundag is an online real estate crowdfunding platform that primarily focuses on residential real estate projects in southern and southwestern Germany. Investors are able to invest in subordinated loans used to finance property projects and earn income from interest payments. Project duration is typically between 12 to 24 months. The minimum investment is €250.

All investors who have a German bank account can use Grundag. Grundag was founded in 2017. GRUNDAG is operated by GRUNDAG Crowdfunding Services GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of CrowdDesk GmbH.

As of May 2021, Grundag's website is no longer operational.
