EXPORO is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform. Investors are offered the opportunity to finance subordinated loans for real estate projects located in Germany. Exporo Financing gives investors short-term debt investment opportunities in development projects and the ability to earn income from interest payments. Exporo Inventory gives investors long-term equity investment opportunities in existing projects and the ability to earn income from rent payments. Exporo offers investors properties of all types. Financing investments have a minimum investment of €500 and Inventory investments have a minimum investment of €1.

In principle, anyone who is a German citizen can invest in EXPORO. Exporo was founded in 2014.
