Co je EuroRaiser ?

EuroRaiser is an online real estate crowdfunding platform that provides investors with the opportunity to finance bonds, loans, or equity, for property development projects. Projects are primarily residential. Investments are typically for a period of 12 to 36 months. EuroRaiser has a minimum investment of €1,000.

Individuals who have a bank account in one of the countries in the European Economic Area can use EuroRaiser. EuroRaiser began operations in 2018. EuroRaiser is registered as Participative Investment Advisor (CIP) and Intermediate in Crowdfunding (IFP) at the Single Register of Bank and Finance Insurance Intermediaries (ORIAS) (No. 18000209).
