EstateGuru is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform that gives investors the opportunity to invest in loans for property projects located in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland, Germany, Portugal, and Spain. Investors earn income through fixed interest payments on loans for development and existing residential and commercial projects. The minimum investment is €50.

EstateGuru is open to all investors. EstateGuru was founded in 2014.
