Co je EquityMultiple ?

EquityMultiple is an online real estate investment platform. They offer investors three different investment options: fund, direct, and savings, all with different risk profiles, time horizons, and asset classes. Investments are into commercial real estate located throughout the United States. The minimum will start as low as $5,000 but will vary from offering to offering. The investment minimum typically ranges between $10,000 – $30,000. Additional shares are typically offered in increments of $5,000 above the minimum.

EquityMultiple was founded in 2015. Only accredited investors are able to use EquityMultiple's services.
