Co je Crowd with Us ?

Crowd with Us is an online property crowdfunding business. Crowd with Us allows users to invest in two types of property deals – property developments and ‘distressed’ property. Investors can choose both fixed-return loans and profit share deals from monthly rental income. investment funds are used, together with bank finance taken out by the developer, to acquire and develop the properties. The property developments will either be sold as soon as the development is complete or rented until the values reach a pre-determined sales trigger value. The minimum investment projects can be as low as £1.

Crowd with Us investments are only available to investors over the age of 18 who meet certain net worth or investment sophistication criteria. CWU was founded in 2014.
