Co je Buildr ?

Buildr is an online real estate crowdfunding investment platform. Buildr provides investors with real estate projects ranging from 12 to 48 months, targeting a yield of 7 to 10%. Equity investments are available where Buildr buys a real estate project with the plan to sell it for capital gain that is then distributed to investors. The platform also offers debt investments in the form of financing bonds for property development. The minimum investment is €5,000.

Investors who are a European tax resident and have a European bank account can invest with Buildr. Buildr was founded in 2018. Buildr is an investment platform operated by M Capital Partners and registered with the Organization for the Single Register of Bank and Finance Insurance Intermediaries (ORIAS) (No. 16002208).
