Investors have two ways to invest: Smart Invest, automatic investment, and Build Your Own, the ability to choose individual properties and build a unique portfolio. BrickX investors earn income via capital returns and monthly rent distributions. The minimum initial investment amount is $250

BrickX was founded in 2014. BrickX is authorised to provide our property investment platform to Australian residents only. You must live in Australia, at an address that can be verified, and also hold an Australian Tax File Number.
