Co je BrickFund ?

Brickfund is an online real estate crowdfunding platform. Investors have the opportunity to purchase ownership certificates on real estate property located in the Netherlands. Investors earn income from rent and capital appreciation of the property at the time of sale. Projects are typically held for a 10-year hold period unless the majority of owners vote to sell. The minimum investment is €5000.
