Brickbro is an online real estate crowdfunding platform that specializes in the acquisition and reform of commercial premises for subsequent sale as loft/studios. The properties are primarily located in the Barcelona region of Spain. The company offers investors two ways of generating income, either through capital appreciation at the time of sale or from interest on loan investments. Brickbro has a minimum investment of €50.

Brickbro began offering its real estate crowdfunding services in 2018. Brickbro operates through a Participatory Financing Platform (PFP) and is governed by the rules and protocols of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
