Co je BLEND ?

BLEND is a peer-to-peer (P2P) property lending platform that lends to established businesses, mostly property developers, with loans secured against property. BLEND tries to find niche lending opportunities in high-growth areas across the United Kingdom where traditional lenders are less active, primarily focusing on loans for residential developments. This allows them to deliver up to 12% returns to investors. The minimum investment is £1,000.

BLEND is open to all investors with a valid UK bank account over the age of 18 besides US passport holders or residents. BLEND Loan Network Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) (No. 913456).
